Melinda Clark brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to her role as Founder and Administrator of Ja’Vine Home Care & Staffing Services. Throughout her career, she has served individuals and families across Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Resident Care Coordination, and Medication Aide services, gaining firsthand experience in meeting the unique needs of people at every stage of care.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Melinda discovered her passion for caregiving at an early age while helping care for her grandmother during her battle with cancer and supporting her uncle, who had Down syndrome. Those life experiences inspired a calling that would shape both her career and her vision for Ja’Vine Home Care & Staffing Services.
After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2009, Melinda continued expanding her healthcare knowledge and professional experience. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medication Aide (CMA), BLS Instructor, and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). She also completed the Medical Assistant Program at the American Professional Institute in Gainesville, Georgia, in 2012 and continues to pursue professional education in behavior support.
Melinda founded Ja’Vine Home Care & Staffing Services with the belief that individuals and families deserve compassionate, dependable, and comprehensive support that extends beyond traditional home care. Guided by her decades of experience, she has built the organization to provide a broad range of healthcare and support services designed to help clients maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life while receiving personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
Today, Melinda remains committed to leading Ja’Vine Home Care & Staffing Services with integrity, compassion, and professionalism, ensuring every client and family receives respectful, high-quality care and trusted support throughout their healthcare journey.
