Ja’Vine HCSS offers different service options for you to choose from. All of our services can be delivered in the comforts of your own home and are available for few hours a day or up to 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Experienced and Supportive
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.
Our services include:
- Post-Surgical Assistant
If you’ve recently had surgery, moving around and doing daily tasks can be challenging. If you need extra assistance at home, allow our caregivers to help you. - Physical Disability Support
Physical disabilities, chronic illness, and age-related issues can affect your ability to perform activities of daily living. For assistance, reach out to the HCSS team. - Companionship
Through our companionship service, we can accompany homebound seniors and patients who are starting to feel isolated and lonely. Our caregivers can also provide assistance with everyday tasks. - Light Housekeeping
Our caregivers can perform or offer assistance with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, throwing away the trash, making the bed, keeping the home organized, vacuuming, washing dishes, and more. - Prescription Pickup
Are you low on your medications? Our caregivers can go to the pharmacy to pick up any prescriptions or refills that you need. - Medication Reminders
It is highly important for you to take the right medication, at the right time, and with the right dose. If you tend to forget to drink your medications, our caregivers can provide you with timely reminders. - Recuperative and Continuing Care
Our caregivers receive ongoing training, and many have experience with specialty care, including Dementia and Alzheimers. - Transportation to and from Doctor’s Appointments
When driving is no longer an option for you, allow our caregivers to help. They can drive you to and from your doctor’s appointments and other engagements.
