Meet the Administrator

Melinda Clark Administrator (CNA/CMA Program Coordinator)

Melinda Clark brings more than 30 years of diverse healthcare experience to her role as Administrator of Ja’Vine Home Care and Staffing Services in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Her professional background includes work in Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, as well as serving as a Resident Care Coordinator. She has extensive experience as a Nursing Assistant, Coordinator, and Medication Aide, giving her a deep understanding of patient needs across multiple levels of care.

Melinda is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Program Coordinator, BLS Instructor, and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). She completed the Medical Assistant program at the American Professional Institute in Gainesville, Georgia, in 2012, and is currently advancing her education by studying for ABA certification.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Melinda discovered her passion for caregiving early in life while supporting her grandmother through cancer and caring for her uncle with Down Syndrome. These formative experiences shaped her dedication to compassionate, high-quality care and her commitment to excellence in all aspects of her work.

Throughout her career, Melinda has built strong professional relationships within the healthcare community and continues to strive for growth, improvement, and meaningful impact. Today, she proudly leads Ja’Vine Home Care and Staffing Services with a mission rooted in service, compassion, and integrity.
